Post-MVP Traction
Traction is our v0.3 engagement: a focused, data-led sprint to help a live product grow when momentum has stalled. Over roughly three months we set up the analytics, learn from real users, and run experiments that move the numbers. It is for teams with a product in the market that needs growth driven by data, not guesses.
Who it is for
Traction is for founders and small firms whose product is already live but whose growth has flattened. You have users, you have data flowing somewhere, and you have a sense that something is not converting, but you cannot yet see where or why. If you want to replace opinion-led tweaks with evidence and a repeatable way to find what works, this engagement is built for that.
What we do
We instrument the product so you can actually see how people use it, learn from your real users, and test changes that aim to move the metrics that matter. We set up analytics, funnels, and dashboards, run user interviews and look for patterns across them, and design and ship a small set of growth experiments with measurable results. Every step is grounded in what the data and the users are telling you.
What you get
You receive analytics, funnels, and dashboards set up for you, five to ten user interviews with the patterns drawn out, and two to three growth experiments run with real results. These come together as a growth playbook: a clear account of what we tried, what happened, and what to do next. The instrumentation and the playbook stay with you when the engagement ends.
How we measure
We define the metrics that matter for your product before we touch anything, so success is agreed rather than argued about later. Then we use product analytics, funnel analysis, and direct conversation with users to understand behaviour. Experiments are scoped to produce a clear read, so you can tell what worked, what did not, and why, without drowning in noise or vanity numbers.
Timeline and pricing
Traction runs about three months and, like every engagement, it is fixed in scope and price, agreed before we start. There is no hourly billing and no open-ended retainer. You know what the sprint covers, what it costs, and what you will own at the end. If you want to continue iterating afterwards, that is your choice, never an obligation.

The outcome is a growth playbook and the instrumentation to keep using it: a clear, evidence-backed view of what drives your product forward and how to keep finding more of it.
